Nipple issues (poss tmi sorry)

After feeding my nipples are quite drawn out and stick out about half a cm. this is fine but when I do my bra back up the ends get really squished and almost folded over. This makes them really uncomfortable. At home I just leave everything out for a bit but that's a bit harder when we are out and about!

Any advice please?

You could get some breast shells? I used these with DD when my nips were v sore, they hold your bra away from your nipples quite effectively so no folding or sticking. Mine are Medela and I got them from Amazon but Boots sell them too.
