Human Milk for Human Babies operate a milk swap type service (look them up on FB).

BM will keep in a deep freeze that is kept at a constant temp (-18C I think) for 6m so if you have room in yours you have time to find a recipient.

Some milk banks such as chester collect over long distances.

Or you could try human milk for human babies on fb I think.

Freeze it and use it instead of expressing if you want to go out for an evening. That's what I did when I was in the same situation.
