Milk after stopping breastfeeding

I stopped breastfeeding 3 months ago and now have what looks colostrum when I squeeze my nipples (I was curious if anything was still there). Could this just be leftovers or could it be that I'm pregnant again?

I stoppped BFing three months ago and I still have milk/colostrum-like fluid when I squeeze my nipples (and I am definitely not pregnant Grin !)

If you think you could be pregnant then it might be worth checking it out, but otherwise I think it's probably just your body taking time to re-adjust.
