Ds 9 weeks has slept through the last couple of nights, will it effect my supply?

My other dcs didn't sleep through this early although I'm not counting my chickens yet Smile

Will it effect my supply? Do I need to set an alarm to express or wake him for a feed in the night?

when you say slept through, how long is that?

My DD has slept through from 6 weeks. It started as a 6 hour stretch and its now usually between 7-9 hours.

Occasionally she throws me a 4o' clocker but on the whole she sleeps well.

She is now 19 weeks and still going strong but I do worry myself that my supply wont be as robust as others but at the same time she (and I) need the sleep!

My huge strapping babies all slept 9-12 hour stretches from only a few weeks/months old (very lucky indeed) - never affected my supply. I did end up expressing a little in the middle of the night sometimes because I got engorged! Body soon adjusted though and coped with the occasionally night feed fine.

I was going to say, mine both started to sleep longer stretches from 10 weeks or so. I did use to force cluster feed them all evening, in the hope that they would sleep longer at night. Never had any problems with supply.
