How much do I need to express for an evening?

I have to go out for an evening in a couple of weeks' time and I will not be able to take ebf DD with me. She will be 13 weeks and it will be the first time I have left her. She will be with DH and I will be out from 7pm until about midnight.

At the moment she feeds quite a lot in that time, but I know some of it is snuggling and settling down for the evening. Smile

How much would you say I need to express between now and then to leave plenty with DH for the evening?

Thanks

My dd is a bit younger at 9 weeks but she spends most of the evening on the boob too. I've left her for 3 evenings in the past, she drank 6oz, 4oz and 8oz on each of the different nights. I left 12oz and had a back up in the freezer just incase. I'm sure all babies are different but as long as you have some in the freezer you'll be fine.

Kellymom has a useful calculator. Hope you have a nice evening out!
