Help please, mastitis again, antibiotics not working

Bit of a long story, sorry!
Last Thursday and Friday I felt very unwell, high temperature, joint pains. It finally dawned on me that it could be mastitis again( had it last year when DD was 6 weeks) and went to GP on Friday. Since I had no breast symptoms at all at that point she prescribed me antibiotics in case it develops over the weekend. On Saturday evening I started to get discomfort, a sort of burning pain( but not excruciating) when DD nursed and after she was finished for a while. Was still the same Sunday morning so started to take the antibiotics. Erythromycin, 500mg 4 times a day, for 7 days.
I thought it was getting better but then on Wednesday I noticed broken area on my nipple( looked like it had a tiny scab on it) and it really hurts when she is nursing on that side now. But today I have also been getting a sort of burning discomfort in the breast between feeds. No redness really and obvious lumps.
Now what do I do? Am thinking to go back to GP tomorrow.

Also, I have to work at the weekend so DD wont be feeding for about 9 hours, is that going to be bad? I can't express for toffee! DD is 13 months by the way.

Am the veteran of many bouts of mastitis. Hot flannels on the affected area, followed immediately after with lots and lots of feeding from that boob. No need for antibiotics if you catch it in time.

But, broken nipple doesn't sound like mastitis. Trip back to docs might be in order (or bf clinic would be better, gps a bit useless with bf issues in my experience)

Sorry to hear you had a hard time with mastitis, it is bloody irritating isn't it.I thought I was safe after about 6 months, silly me.
I don't know if the broken nipple is just a coincidence or to do with the mastitis to be honest.
She gave me the antibiotics because last time I ended up with a lump and all sorts of other misery.
Where can I find a breastfeeding clinic?
