Bath baby friendly places?

Can anyone please tell me if there are any breastfeeding friendly places in Bath? I would prefer a parents' room as she is getting very distracted at moment also not confident feeding on my own. TIA

I'm afraid I can't help with specific places (although sometimes Mothercare have nursing rooms), but in case you didn't know it is illegal to stop a mother from breastfeeding her baby or child when in your business. So for instance, you can legally BF in public in a cafe/restaurant, on the bus, in a shop etc etc.

Of course I understand that you prefer a private room, but if you are unable to find one do feel reassured that you are protected by law :)

I'm not aware of any parents' rooms, but you could try the Egg cafe which is near the Theatre Royal. It's a family friendly cafe, lots of NCT groups meet up there and there are usually mums with babies in there feeding. It used to be a cinema and is quite dark so is definitely a good option if you're feeling a bit self-conscious. I also see people feeding in Starbucks and in a cafe called Jika Jika which is at the top of town, but these are definitely busier with a much wider mix of customers. There isn't a Mothercare any more. There is a big Boots in the new shopping centre (Southgate) - actually thinking about it, that might have a baby room. But Egg does cake!

Hi just to say thank you for the responses! I ended up feeding her in M&S as it was close to the baby changing. No probs at all!
