Another cow's milk q - how long can it last out of fridge?

So with formula if from powder it should be no more then hour or so and if straightfrom a carton and unsucked it can be at room temp for four hours. So if I put cow's milk in clean bottle, by my bed for example for when dd wake's, how long will it be okay for? And how long once sucked?

I give my DDs a cup of milk in the morning and keep refilling it during the day, it gets chucked in the evening and the cup goes in the dishwasher. No harm done as yet...!!
