Echinacea while BF

OH has got a cold... I am BF-ing my 8 week old baby

can i take echinacea to help me not get a cold, as i would if i wasnt pg / bf-ing?
(one of these evervescent ones )

does anyone know

the evervescent ones say "do not take if pg or planning to become pg" but the tablets that i also have (also tesco, same strength) say "do not take if pg, planning to become pg OR bf"

Im wondering why i seem to be allowed them disolved in water but not swallowed in a tablet. ?
