Carrying expressed milk to a restaurant ?

Can someone please advise me on how can I take expressed milk to a restaurant without it getting spoilt. Thanks !

Depending on when you will need it you could take it frozen and let it defrost 'en route'.

Alternatively you could just put a bottle in an insulated holder (or a small cool bag and an ice pack) to keep it cool until you need it?

Expressed milk should be ok out of the fridge for up to 6 hours...if I remember correctly that's bfn guidance. Pop it in a book bag if you have one. If it smells ok it should be ok.

I have one of those wine sleeve things you keep in the freezer - I pop my bottles in there. But it's just to be on the safe side, I think it's OK unchilled for a while.

it will be absolutely fine at room temperature for around 8 hours, so no need to do anything special with it
