My ds was prem and has been on domperidone and ranitidine since birth practically, no actual evidence that he has reflux just feeding problems, anyway to cut a long story short he is grumpy, very grumpy and I feel in pain so yesterday after a day of being shouted at I went to the doctors who advised domperidone can cause painful stomach cramps which can make then cry all day. I just wanted to share I case it helps anyone else. We have reduced it and this morning he is a different baby .
