I'm currently planning my dissertation and have been advised by my pt to get my questionnaire questions checked over by qualified 'infant feeding' advisor to make sure that they are ok and wouldn't cause and negative feedings.

Can anyone help?

I take it this is for ethics approval? If so then I don't think asking anonymous folk on an internet site is likely to be sufficient. Why not just contact your local HVs?

Try asking at your local BF clinic who the infant feeding advisor is in your area. It's a job title rather than a blanket category of workers.

I agree - Humpty, this is not a good way of getting your work checked. Any of us could be anyone! :) If you are doing work on breastfeeding, knowing people in real life who are working in this area in real life is important, too.
