DD (2.10) feeds once or twice a week, she tells me that it is coming out but as it is so infrequent and she only feeds for a minute at most, will I stop making it?

Nope, it'll tick along as long as she feeds. You'll find that once you stop the milk doesn't disappear for a few months either.
