Can someone tell me, when I boil the water in the kettle for a formular feed, do I open the lid of the kettle once it has boiled and time for 30 mins? OR do I keep the lid on the kettle for 30 mins...

It's not 30 mins you have to wait. It's no longer than 30 mins :)

Not the answer to your Q but thought I would say it anyway...'cos people do think it has to be 30 mins exactly, and it doesn't :)
