5mo biting :-(

my Ds (5 months) has started biting during feeding and it is so painful . He has got his two bottom teeth and his top two are coming through so I know he is in pain with them but it is making feeding him so hard. Any tips on how I can stop this? Have tried using teething gel before feeds, saying 'no' and taking him off the breast when he bites and ignoring the biting but they don't seem to work.

Dd got teeth at a similar time to your ds. Persist with the saying no in a firm voice and taking him off the breast.
She did learn to stop biting after about a month but for a long time I thought she would keep on biting. She only bites now if I try and feed her when she really isn't interested ( like just before going to work).
