Cows Milk 11 months

DD is almost 11 months and was b fed till 9 months when I went back to work, ff since then.

Am wondering about just moving her to cows milk now (almost at the end of tub!), does anyone know the rationale behind 12 months?

DS was my PFB and 5 weeks prem so I waited till about 13 months with him but DD is on 75th centile, BLW and eats really well if that makes any difference?

I started DD on cows milks at 11 months as I was returning to work then and couldn't face expressing. I didn't see the point of getting her used to formula for a month and then changing to cows milk a month later. She was a good eater and came to no harm although I appreciate this isn't official advice :o

Have decided to mix feed with cartons of formula and cows milk for the next few weeks and gradually swap over and by then she will be nearly 1 anyway.
