Does stopping breast feeding cause constipation?

This is going to sound ridiculous, in fact it is ridiculous....Stopped feeding after 13 months about 3 weeks ago and now can't go to the loo. As far as I can see my diet hasn't changed. Probably drinking a bit less water. Back at work 2 and a half days so not quite as active as used to be out every day with the pram. Anyone else had similar?

No, but I think it could. Prolactin speeds up bowels or something...maybe...?
