I've searched for this and can't find any clear guidelines, so just wanted to know what was usual at this age?

My dd has just turned one and has one breastfeed (not sure she really drinks that much) and one bottle of follow on milk - usually around 200ml. Is this ok? When should I be thinking about cutting out her bottle?

i thought once they turned one they should have about 12oz a day but this can be made up wiht cheese, yog etc as well :)

i wouldnt worry about cutting out the bottle, two of mine bfed till they were three years old (one almost 4) and my ds4 only recently gave up his last bottle and he is 3.5mths :)

350mls/approx 12oz is recommended from 1 year

Thank you. Does anyone have a link to the advice? I would be very interested to read it.

mil and dairy

part way down the nhs page it says this:

Children between the ages of one and three need to have around 350mg of calcium a day. About 300ml of milk (just over half a pint) would provide this.
