I've had White Spot on and off on one nipple for the last 6 months, normally with a little help from me (hot flannels, expressing and feeding dd more from that side), it clears itself and isn't too painful. But I have had it for about 5 days now and it is very painful and won't shift. Its in the same place on my nipple and looks the same as usual.
Does anyone know of any medical treatment for it? Or do I just need to keep perservering with my own methods?
