Had 2 paracetamol about 11 this am. Would it be ok give DD calpol at bedtime - she is teething badly but I don't want to overdose her on paracetamol products! SHE has had few feeds since I took them...

No, you're fine. There's not any significant transfer to your milk from the paracetamol you're taking.
