I did it!

Yes sirree bob I did. My DD turns 2 this weekend and I am still feeding her

There are not many places I can pat myself on the back about this ... I remember posting last year thanking everybody for their help and support in getting me to 1 year which felt like a major achievement And wondering if I would get to 2 years

Well I did Smile

That's well done to you - I wasn't aiming for 2, but I felt it was an important milestone to get there.

Hi... Congrats on getting to 2 years! I was only aiming for 6 months but ended up BF until DS was 2.5 years! He was down to 1 feed per day by then and he self weaned. He loved his feeds so I had doubts he would ever self wean, but as other posters have said, it does happen like that :)

Congratulations Ruby. :)

DD weaned herself at 22mo, that was 5 months ago and i am still a little bit sad :(

Oh well done! Grin

I stopped feeding DS1 the day before his 2nd birthday. I was pregnant with DS2, and my milk had changed I think. But I remember how proud I was to have got there.

There is something very special about feeding a toddler, cherish it. :)
