Stopping BFing

I'm sure this is a stupid question, but I'm going to stop breastfeeding tomorrow. I'm down to one feed a day. Do I just stop or do I need to do it gradually?

Depends on when you went down to one feed I suppose?

marking my place on this one if that's ok, I am just about down to 1 feed a day now as well and fairly sure that it won't be too long before DS is ready to stop

If you're anything like me you need someone to agree for you to do it.....Sad So, if tomorrow is your last day, then tomorrow is your last day and in answer to your question, just make tomorrow's feed the last one. Hope you aren't as Sad as I was!!!

Almost definitely.

I'm not too sad at the moment. Was feeling very sad at the thought of stopping a few days ago, but I think something hormonal has changed - my nipples have gone back to their pre-breastfeeding colour, my mojo has returned and I'm not that bothered about stopping BFing anymore. (May all be wishful thinking as I'm stopping so I can get pregnant.)
