10 month old night feeding?

dd2 has slept through since 6 weeks old, 8pm till 6am, the last 2 nights she has woken at 2am and had a full bf and then woken again at 6 hungry for bf as normal. is this a growth spurt, she feeds 4 or 5 times in the day and is eating her meals. not sure if i should have just offered water but it is so rare and she just wanted a feed.

Just had this and I think it something they go through at about ten months. Friends with 10 month old seem to be having the same thing.
It could be teething (calpol) or just a growth spurt. Just coming through it now although its not the nicest stage.

There's a very common sleep regression ahead of the 46 week developmental spurt, so it could be that affecting it.

My dd is15 months and we co sleep and some nights shell snack 4 times ! I don't mind but haven't got the energy to stand my ground and say no. I just tell myself well she won't be doing this at 15 ! Flipping hope not anyway !

dd still night feeding and now going off her food, she ate potatoes, carrots and peas for dinner least night no meat, then messed and through porridge and sandwiches today so hardly ate anything.
she bf at 7pm last night, again at midnight, then at 6am, 10am and 1pm, so is having lots o milk.
what is the develpomental thing at 46 weeks? she is 44 weeks and not crawling/moving yet. se has come down with a bit of a cold so mayeb its that. ive put a put of bonjela on her gums but cant feel any teeth coming.

oh thanks, dd has a stinking cold and is on calpol so think that may be causing sleeplessness, constant bf and off food.
