Green Poo

I know this has been discussed lots, Ive done a search but cant find what im looking for.

The last couple of little mans nappies have been yellowy as usual but with lots of BRIGHT green things that look like tiny broccolis!!

Im trying to think of things that may have changed -

*he has a cold at the moment
*he is feeding a bit odd at the mo (growth spurt maybe? he is 6.5 weeks) where as he has deviated from having regular "feeds" with settling in between and seems to be having lots of snacks. I do however keep him on the same boob for a few hours before giving the other to get him the hindmilk.
*he had a bottle of formula this afternoon - I needed a break from relentless feeding and had to collect DD from nursery and give her some much needed attention!

any thoughts? is this fine or is the green poo and unsettledness linked

Hmmm, dd had the same "problem", thought it was due to her "experimenting" with new solids, she is teething as well though??
