Tender left breast help

Just now my left breast feels bruised around & behind the nipple but deep inside my breast. Dc is 8months and he did increase his solids yesterday but I expressed to compensate for this. Any ideas what it could be?

Could it be a blocked duct?

It does sound like on from reading that. Still no redness or anything tho. Keep massaging it and haven't given dc and diner solids so he'll feed more from it. It also hurts lots more now
