Ouch Ouch Ouch I suddenly have an incredibly sore right breast. Hard as a rock and painful when she's not.feeding. excruciating when she is. Blocked duct? What to do? Could pump have caused this? Sorry to be brief. Am on fone and feeding.

is the breast red, hot, swolen at all? or haas lumps in it?
if so it sounds highly likely you have a blockage/ turning into Mastitis. You can get in a hot bath and massage the breast moving the heel of your hand towards the nipple, this should get the milk flowing also keep feeding from it i know that sounds horrid but not feeding will only worsen it. if you start to feel flu like symptoms or have a temp over 38 get to the Dr for ABX.
