Woke up for another night feed to find I couldn't move my neck. It's a recurring problem I've had over the years which is only aided by Ibuprofen anti-inflammatory tablets, but does it effect breastmilk. It says nothing on the packet !!
Anyone know ??

Acording to my BNF it say that it is transfered in amounts too small to be harmful, but some manufacturers advise that you avoid it.

I took it while b/f with no problems.

My GP said I was fine to take it for back pain - he prescribed the 400mg tablets - you can get them over the counter.

I was given a similar drug to ibuprofen to take down the c-section swelling and was advised when they run out to use ibuprofen if I was still uncomfortable.
I was breastfeeding at the time.
