Tips to relieve breast pain

I have just finished breast feeding after 7 months and need some advise on how to relieve breast pain.

Both breasts just feel full and sore, same feeling i'm used to throughout BF!

it maybe your milk supply adjusting now dc being weaned, have a good feel see if you can locate any lumps and bumps? may be a blocked duct although unlikeley in both breasts. savoy cabbage works a treat though can;t work out why its better than any other variety, Smile is your bra a good fit? maybe get re measured, hope some of this helps

have you got an eye mask, those keep your eyes cool ones? that may work if heat isn't helping, its warm enough without adding to it Smile

Try cold - cooling gel pads are good. Or chilled cabbage leaves.

Warmth will help you let down to ease some of the pressure. You can also hand express if needed.

But if you don't have blocked ducts, you'll need to try and touch your breasts as little as possible I believe.
