"Nipple Flick" explanation?

I am trying to explain the nipple flick - tipping the nip to get a deeper latch - by email. I very innocently Googled it and - erm - didn't find what I wanted!

Anyone got any decent (in all sense of the word!!) links?

Is that the same as exaggerated latch organic ?

Oh thanks ladies, I knew I could rely on you. Yes, exaggerated latch, flipple, same thing. Exaggerated latch is the term I couldn't recall - much better! Can't remember my own name at the moment. I REALLY need to get some sleep (and if someone could tell my LO that I'd appreciate it!!).
