12 mo old biting..NEED to stop,but how??

hi
i really really need some help!
12 mnth old ds has started biting and early this morning it was so bad,there was blood all over my top!not to mention the excruciating painnnn..
ok with the bottle at nursery(since abt a few months)and im trying to shift him onto a cup and he drinks out of that too,say an ounce at the most at one time..
infcat the onyl time i feed him is at sleeptimes,during the daytime naps...and he will jsut scaream the place down if he doesnt get it at night!
stimes dh is successful getting him to sleep without me,but he wakes up abt 5-6 times a night-still in bed with us,yes i know!and just wnats to suck,ive turned into a dummy!
sorry bat this long msg,but i feel completely incompetent and so tired at work in the morning!
how do i get him to stop??????

sorry abt the terrible spelling,trying to type in the dark next to sleeping ds..
btw have tried to shift him into his cot,with all the cc thing,he goes down but awakes at nite & at 3am and work at 7am for both of us,just end up bringing him back into bed!
