I have a 9 week old baby who until recently has been largely fed expressed breast milk with maybe 1 ff a day. I've now cut back on expressing and in the last 7 days he's having aptamil for 4 or 5 feeds per day.
For the last 10 days his bowel movements have been only every 2 to 3 days and have been huge, overspilling the nappy. He doesn't appear pained when eating or pooing, he wriggles but doesn't cry but should we be worried, is this normal? He sleeps fine and appears generally happy.
I'd appreciate your advice please. Thanks
