Vitamins when Breastfeeding!

Does anyone know if I can take vitamins for my hair & nails while BF. Both are in a shocking state & its driving me mad!!!
My DS is 8.5 months and has a BF morning & night with also night feeds too!

If I can are there any reccommondations?

Yes you can, and I think you can even get one's specifily to take while BF look at the pregnacy one's.

One thing I found really helped with my nail's seemed to be folic acid, plus my old hair dress used to sware by gelaten, the cubs you use to make jelly. Don't know how acurate that one is never did try it.
