strange question but is it only breast fed babies that get the funny little seeds in their poo?

I believe so! I breast fed all four of mine and yes I was shocked when I saw the little seeds and the bright colours! But then again not bottle feeding them from birth I can't confirm it!! Hope it is all going well for you!
