Any ideas for milk rash?

I think my lo has a milk rash - all round mouth, chin and neck from lots of sicking up. My hv said to cover with a barrier cream, but this is not improving the rash - in fact it has got worse. Any ideas? He is bottle-fed and on Aptamil.

How old is he? Mine had milk rash for ages, it finally went on its own a couple of weeks ago (he's 15 weeks old now).

If you want to use a cream, the best one is aqueous cream.
