Week old dd green poo

week old dd has runny green poo and it's noisy! I've looked online and it seems to be linked to too much fore milk I've started feeding her from one side for several feeds till it feels totally empty but it doesnt seem to be helping. Any ideas??

Is it bothering her at all? If she's happy and feeding well/gaining weight I wouldn't worry about - sometimes babies just have green poo!

scary have a read of this. BF babies often have noisy poo, it sort of squirts out so the noisy bit isn't a problem.

As for feeding her from one side all the time, I'd ring a local Bfing Counsellor or one of the helplines and discuss the poo and your feeding pattern. They may be able to help you find a feeding pattern that suits you and DD.

Also thought you might like to read this on the first 6 weeks.
