mixing formula with cows milk

how do you mix up cows milk with formula? my lo is almost 12 months and i want to start making this change.

would it be 6oz formula + 2oz cows milk = 8oz?

I've not heard of mixing tbh I just did it.

just give some bottles of cows milk and others of formula surely?
it worked for mine, although ds3 would refuse cows milk for a while. he had it on cereal though.

yeah, I did 6 + 2 then 4 + 4 then 2+6 then all cow's milk. Just to get baby used to new taste and to having it cold from the fridge. Did the change over, no problems at all over 2 days or so. DS has all milk now at fridge temperature (he used to have formula at room temperature).
