I have terrible hayfever, DD2 is 13 weeks can I take antihistamine tablets? Or does it go though the to milk?

I know if I go to the pharmacy and ask they will just send me to the doctors.

I might pull my own eyes out soon!

You can take cetirizine (Zirtek) or loratadine (Clarityn) safely, also eye drops are fine for itchy eyes and some nasal sprays. See here for info.

Pharmacist will probably send you to the gp so go there anyway. (free prescription bonus also)

I'm using occasional loratadine but also a natural product called HayMax which is a balm you rub under your nose to stop pollen entering. I was a bit Hmm but actually it's working. I got it in Waitrose on a BOGOF deal.

If you are goin to the DRs to get them can I suggest you print off the BfN info. They can be a bit twitchy about these things.

been to doctors, I'm very lucky and can always see a doctor straight away. She has given me a nasal spray, which has given me some relief.

She did say she can give me something abit stronger, but it passes into the breastmilk and has a tiny risk.

I am just going to stick with the spray as long as it stays bearable.
