verruca treatment when breastfeeding?

I got a verucca when pregnant and was advised to leave it. I've been bfing over a year and a half. All the freeze like treatments say they are not suitable if you are bfing.

What can I do? I now have a cluster of the things and reckon I now have five of them in the circumference size of a 5 or 10 p coin.

Yuck!

I hope I have not ruined anyones afternoon tea!

Personally I swear by the banana treatment.

Treat with a salycylic acid seal and heal type product as per instuctions for 1 week (should be fine when breastfeeding cos topical).

Then cover area with banana skin, flesh side down. After 24hrs remove, wipe black gunge away with a baby wipe. repeat. After 2-3 weeks (admittedly for 1 verucca not a cluster) the verucca just literally starts to seperate from teh healthy skin. When it is obviously starting to seperate take a long bath, make yourself all wrinkly and it will literally fall off.

just search the archives on here for the bana's.

Mine is slightly modified version with the starting with a conventional treatment...but have treated in less than 2 weeks in the past...standard seal and heal approach is usually months.
