9mth old suddenly refusing all milk

We've been easily bf for 9mths now and he has been eating 3 meals a day for a couple of months. Yesterday he suddenly refused to bf and only had one bottle of expressed milk at nursery. Same today - he had breakfast but won't take any milk. Has anyone experienced this? it seems really odd. Feel awful.

Could be ill?

thanks so much - he has 2 bottom teeth and the top two are just there about to break through so maybe it's that. i don't think he's ill as everything else is normal - you never know tho...
