Can redbush tea have an effect on bf or supply? Can't remember if I've read something about this or dreamt it?!

Thanks

No, it's absolutely fine, caffeine-free, drink away.

AFAIK, anyway!!

QueenofDreams · 09/05/2011 17:37

redbush is fine. I drink it in the afternoons so that I don't have caffeine too late in the day. Supply is obviously fine judging by the continued chubbiness of DD's legs!

Not in my experience. I love redbush and drink loads. Still bf at 13months

Not heard that before, I drink it for the same reason as QoD. I like it with milk...

Thanks. Love the stuff but thought I should check first Smile

Glugged tons when I was caffeine-free. Smile

I grew up with the stuff and can't really stomach it most of the time, except, fortunately when I am pregnant. Very medicinal tasting IMO but absolutely caffeine-free and very healthy.

Makes a really good iced-tea drink with loads of lemon and some honey too for a hot summers afternoon when teetotal.
