Stopped BF and am in agony ..help!

:( Haven't fed dd (2) since yesterday morning. My boobs are a mess hot and swollen and leaking.
Am in pain everytime I move my arms against them.
Feel fine in myself just my poor sore boobs.

sink of warm water/hottish flannels/cabbage leaves?

You can express a little just to take the pressure off - this shouldn't stimulate your supply too much.
