Is something wrong? Green poo with mucus in EBF 4mo

I'm too tired to work out if this is wrong or just a variation on normal. Ds is 19 weeks old and increasingly unsettled (not abnormal for this age, I know). For a couple of weeks he has had green mucusy poo, is quite windy (sometimes screams with wind pains) and has started to open his bowels more often. He seems to be much more efficient with his feeds at the moment so they are shorter in length but he is as settled as normal during the day. During the night he is much less settled and much windier. Maybe it's just a growth spurt/developmental spurt (and no, mother, he is not ready for solids Angry). I guess that other important info is that he is a little bit snotty and has been since having bronchiolitis weeks ago. He is also chewing his fingers lots and drooling lots but doesn't have red cheeks so maybe his teeth are moving about in the gums, maybe they aren't.

Any ideas? I need more sleep and he needs to be more comfortable!

My DD went through exactly this at about 16 weeks, I am pretty sure that it was her snottiness/cold that did it. The green poo lasted about 3 weeks then went back to normal completely. Other things to think about are whether you have had any changes in your diet or whether you are on any meds? When I was on anti-biotics they made my DD poos horrid!
