Have colicy baby and been suggested I cut out dairy to help him, but I just wondered how quickley this would take effect as after a heavy dairy day today we've had a touch wood very comparatively calm night which may suggest it's pointless me quitting dairy and needing to get calcium artificially instead??
Also as an aside what would be the time lah from me having an alcohollic drink to it hitting milk supply - I haven't yet, but may have a small glass of wine tomorrow and windered when it might hit down and thus I could see any difference in ds ie more sleepy/ adgitated etc!

Thoughts please!
Thanks

Kellymom website has answers to all your questions I think. I looked up the alcohol one there. Sorry can't work out how to link from iPhone :)

I think it takes two-three week's for all dariy to go out of your system. But that's not to say you woun't see an improvement before then.
