Treating thrush while bf?

I've got thrush (as predicted due to antibiotics after cs). Can I use a over the counter treatment while I'm bf?

I remember nothing useful from when I had ds! :)

Yeah should have been clearer. I meant vaginal thrush.
Is the cream ok?
