Problems with new Hipp Organic formula (blue scoop!)

Hipp Organic have changed the density of their first infant milk powder, which my LO has had since he was 3 months old. I am having real difficulties with the new powder clumping and sticking to the bottom of the bottle when I make the feeds - has anyone else had this problem? Ocado brought me a box of the old density powder last week and it was completely fine - what have Hipp done?! I sent them an email to their customer service address but no reply :(

Is the water hot enough? I found the new powder dissolved better than the old stuff.

I don't know how old your lo is but if over 6 months maybe you could switch to Hipp follow on milk, which is the same sort of density as the old powder (different size scoop again!)

Thanks - I do seem to be the only person having trouble! I think I'll just keep stirring! My LO is eight months but I don't want to switch formula - my HV advised not to and as I understand it, Follow On milk is unnecessary. Thanks so much for replying!

I'm having the same problem with the follow on milk. Never had this when he was on SMA first infant milk. Thinking about changing to SMA follow on now. Have you heard back from Hipp?

is the water not hot enough perhaps?

I've tried hotter water, cooler water, shaking it vigorously etc but it still clumps. No joy.
