Sore, red patch- any ideas?

Looking for a bit of advice. I have a sore, red patch on one boob, I've had it a few days. Is this a blocked milk duct? The start of mastitis? I've tried massaging it, in the shower and when feeding, and have been feeding a lot from that side but it won't go away. Any ideas what it is/ what I should do?

Also, it feels quite hard, although not a pea- shaped lump, just general hardness in the area.

sounds very much like mastitis, get checked out, you might also start to develop flu like symptoms too
