How long should I allow to wind down breastfeeding?

I am (unfortunately) having to work away for a week just after my baby turns 1. I want to have stopped breastfeeding by the time I go and want to wind down gently for my sake and hers. She's happy enough taking a bottle already from time to time. She breastfeeds around 4 times in the day and a couple of times at night. Should I be aiming to stop one feed a week? I just want to make sure I don't get engorged really. Am already working on one of the night feeds by cutting it down a minute each night!

Thanks

I've seen 3-7 days quoted to drop each feed.

Thanks Rita, have got about 6 weeks before I go so I shall aim for one a week.
