When will my boobs sleep through?

My 10 week old is starting to sleep for longer stretches of almost seven hours. It's great in theory, but my milk supply is not doing the same. I'm waking up before her with milk everywhere and massive, sore boobs. I've tried breast pads, stuffing my bra with muslins and inserts for washable nappies, and now Lilypadz. Nothing contains it.

Will my boobs catch up soon? There's no point her sleeping so well if I can't!

My boobs only sleep through if I wake Boy at 10.30pm for nappy and feed, otherwise I'm soaking by 4am. Boy is 7.5mo (32 weeks) now.

My girls started to sleep through about a week after dd did. Before that I was reduced to sleeping on a towel. My supply settled down to meet babys needs. She's 16 weeks now. Good luck.

We haven't cracked early bedtimes here yet. It's cluster feeding and then a 9/10pm sleep. So I'm unwilling to wake her for a feed as it would mean waking me!

Each time DD dropped a night feed it took five to seven days for my boobs to adjust. If the discomfort kept me awake the only thing that helped was pumping or hand-expressing to relieve some of the pressure.

Hi muser! Can't offer any help as I am in the pretty much exact situation! Cluster feeding from 5pm till 9pm when we both go to bed, she is sleeping till 3 ish, by which time I'm in a pool of milk. I have actually woken her at 2 a couple of times just to get my boobs emptied. hope things settle soon xx

When DD started sleeping through I got up to pump for a couple of weeks I think - slowly reduced the amount I pumped & then stopped. I now sleep through too!

Couple of weeks I'd say..
