Is this Reflux?

Yet again I find myself here, after HV has given me no clear answers!

DS is 9 weeks, breast fed. Normally he feeds, has a burp (sometimes a bit of a cry because of wind) and a little posset and is then set until his next feed.

In the last couple of days after each feed, he immediately and then for 20 minutes afterwards, vomits up a lot. It is lumpy, and there's a lot of volume. I've never had to use bibs before but now getting through them very fast. He is in absolutely no pain - the vomiting is silent and there's no warning.

Is this reflux? I had a research and reflux seems to be accompanied by pain, which is what confuses me. DS is also starting the teething process (drooling, chewing on hands but not hungry, low-level grizzling but distractable etc) - could the two be related?

Some babies are just sick a lot and are completely unbothered by it. If he's not in any discomfort, I wouldn't worry at all. Babies bothered by reflux will typically cry a great deal - e.g., hours every day - and especially during/ after feeding or when laid flat.
