Advice about returning to work and BF

Hi, I am returning to work in a couple of months when my DD will be 12 months old. She is EBF and at the moment feeds anything from 1-4 times during the day and 2-3 times at night (yawn!).

In the lead up to going back to work I have a few training days so will need to leave her with family.

I would like to continue to BF for a bit longer but am at a loss at how this is done. I will be working 3 days so for 4 days a week we can go with the flow.

I have got some formula and was going to get my OH to try to give it to her in a tommy tippy cup (as I do not see any point in introducing a bottle now) to see if she would take it.

So my question is...is it possible that she might just take formula on the days that I work (as well as having feeds am and pm)? Or do I seriously need to consider stopping :(

Any advice, experience would be very welcome.

Ta

She doesn't need formula at 12 months, she can have cow's milk.

If I were you I'd just feed morning and evening on your work days and let her have food/water in the day. At 12 months she doesn't really need milk in the day while you're away, but she could have cow's milk in a cup if you/she wants.
